^{The Winning is paramount with Barceló Hotels Incentive April 2008 – March 2009 commences from 1st April 2008 and cannot be used in conjunction with any other Winning Is paramount with Barceló Hotels scheme. Booking values cannot be carried over from the previous scheme and must be claimed by 30th April 2008.}

^{To join the scheme all companies}

^{Must register with Barceló Hotels & Resorts Agency Sales, Central Office, PO Box 8510, Hinckley, Leicestershire, LE10 9AY. Full details of the rewards are available upon written requests enclosing a SAE or visiting: www.barcelo-hotels.co.uk/wip.}

^{All registrations must be completed in full and signed in agreement with the terms and conditions.}

^{The rewards can only be earned on new meeting bookings paying the 24 hour and day delegate rates commencing 1st April 2008 until 31st March 2009 inclusive.}

^{Rewards are based on the event value excluding VAT.}

^{Rewards will be awarded once the event has taken place and Barceló Hotels has received full payment. Rewards are awarded to the company, not to individuals.}

^{The company may choose to redeem their rewards once a level is reached or accrue rewards to the next qualifying level.}

^{No cash alternative is available and rewards are non-transferable.}

^{Rewards cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. All rewards must be redeemed before 30th April 2009. Companies may be liable to pay tax on the rewards.}

^{The company will be notified monthly in writing or via email of the achieved reward level and value of bookings.}

^{Winning is Paramount 2008-2009 scheme ends 31st March 2009.}
