Q: Are the Drinks Packages flexible?
A: We have put the drinks packages together as a suggestion, we can always tailor make a package for you or alternatively look at upgrading the wines included in the package or changing the sparkling wine to champagne for the toast.
Q: Do you offer any Weekends for us to have our Hen and Stag Weekend?
A: We have 20 hotels within the Paramount Hotel Group, and can certainly check date availability for you with any one of them. Some of the hotels are located in the city centres or can offer you spa facilities for the hens if it’s more of a pampering weekend they are looking for or outdoor activities for the Stags.
Q: Is there always someone I can speak to about our Wedding Details?
A: We have a dedicated Wedding Co-ordinator to assist you with all of your plans from start to finish we will offer you guidance throughout each stage of your Wedding Day. We will do and arrange as much as possible for you to make your day special.
Q: Do we have a choice of evening entertainment?
A: DJ's can be provided, as well as live music at some venues. You will also have the opportunity to speak with the DJ nearer the time to discuss your selection of music and the first dance. If you would like, we can look at some different bands aswell which will help break the evening up and then finish you could finish the evening with a disco.
Q: Do you have Crèche Facilities?
A: We do recommend a UK reputable company called Safehands, we can book them to come out to the venue and offer a crèche facility of simply ensure the children go to bed with a story.
Q: Can you recommend any Wedding Services to help us with our plans?
A: We work closely with many businesses that provide an excellent service. Some of our hotels also hold wedding fairs which will be advertised on the hotel's pages on the website.
Q: Can I get married at a Paramount Hotel?
A: The hotel's have rooms that are licensed for the civil ceremonies and can be arranged with your local register office.
Q: Is there somewhere for us to have Reception Drinks?
A: Weather permitting, drinks may be served outside. Most of our hotels have extensive grounds for your photographs and we can certainly recommend local photographers that provide a good service.
Q: Do you have an in house Florist?
A: Most of our hotels can order all of your flowers in for you, working with your colour schemes and flowers, we can arrange for all of your bouquets, button holes, table centrepieces to be delivered on the morning of the Wedding. Please ask our wedding coordinators for more details.
Q: Is table linen included with the package?
A: most of our hotels provide white table linen as a standard but have you thought about hiring our Chair covers to pull your colour theme throughout the room and will be a fabulous finishing touch (Subject to availability)
Q: Do we receive a complimentary room for the night of our Wedding?
A: Most of our hotels reserve you a complimentary standard room for the night of your Wedding with bathrobes, chocolates and breakfast in your room. We do have some wonderful romantic four poster suites which you could look at upgrading to if you would prefer. (This is subject to availability & dependant on the package you have booked)
Q: Do we have to have a set menu?
A: It is always difficult to cater for all of your guests needs, if you would prefer to offer them a choice we can arrange this for you. Please enquire.
Q: Can I arrive the morning of the Wedding and get ready in the room we have booked?

Many of our Brides like to stay the night before with theire bridesmaids, have a ladies night in, book a table in the restaurant and then wake up ready to be pampered by our Hair and Beauty salon. Please request an early check-in from the hotel at the time of booking - this is subject to room availability.
