The Great Hall dates back to the Elizabethan era therefore the Highland Lodge look will give way to a blend of sophisticated fabrics, antiques and tailor made furnishings to put the “Great” back into The Great Hall. In addition to a list of 300 hand-picked wines, guests will also be invited to choose their wine from a “Cave de Vin” which will feature stunning lighting and state-of-the-art wine storage keeping each wine at its optimum quality.

Modelled on a Parisienne café in the Marais district of Paris, our new Café will have double doors opening out onto a beautiful courtyard area. It will feature fresh Viennoiserie in the morning and it will also provide a stunning venue for an extravagant afternoon tea or just a light, simple meal during the day.

The existing Russell Room will be lavishly transformed into a stylish sophisticated bar area. Low ambient lighting, antiques and luxurious seating will create an area which will in essence be the focal point of the hotel.
