Bodysense Health & Leisure Clubs - Feel the Benefit!

Remember -  When you’re staying at one of the hotels, you can book a gym assessment with one of the qualified instructors for just £10. Call the club when you arrive for a suitable time.

Paramount has some fabulous Bodysense health and leisure facilities, which are free for you to use during your stay and are ideal for relaxing tired legs or building up your appetite! If you’re feeling energetic, there’s plenty of cardiovascular and resistance equipment to keep you occupied, or you could just lay back in a bubbling spa pool or hot sauna, or take a leisurely swim in the heated pool.

Some clubs also have sunbeds, squash courts, snooker and pool tables, tennis courts, a hair salon and crèche facilities for which a small charge may apply.
