You'll provide a bar and table service to customers that is of a consistently high standard. You'll promote sales and upsell where possible, ensuring that all sales are accounted for. You'll follow all liquor procedures as instructed and maintain a high level of cleanliness within the bar. You'll also be responsible for cleaning in front of and behind of the bar.
