You'll be responsible for the team in the absence of the executive chef, coaching and training the more junior members of the team. Stock rotation and storage organisation must be one of your main priorities.You'll also be in charge of health, hygiene and safety responsibilities.

  • Good organisational and communication skills
  • Must have 1 or 2 AA Rosette background plus fine dining and banqueting experience
  • Passion, flair and imagination
  • Eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure
  • Must have four star experience of banqueting 250 covers plus
  • To be eligible to live and work in the UK
