You'll be preparing food and making sure it is fit to send out.You'll rotate stock and organise the relevant storage of goods.You'll train and supervise junior members of your team so they are all trained to the same standard. You'll be responsible for making sure your section is clean and maintain the correct health, hygiene and safety standards.

 

To apply you'll need...

• Passion, flair and imagination for quality food and service
• A minimum of 3 years previous experience in a four star hotel
• Qualifications 706/1 or 706/2 or NVQ equivalent level 3
• Basic food hygiene certificate
• To be eligible to live and work in the UK
