• Competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
• Closing date for entry into the competition is 31st July 2008.
• The winners will be notified by email by beginning of August 2008.
• There is no cash alternative.
• The competition cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
• Terms & Conditions apply & booking dates are Subject to availability.
• The offer is a 2 night DBB break for 2 people sharing a room. For UK hotels only.
• Competition prize is for room charge only.
• Up to the value of £300.
• All extras must be paid for by guest.
• The Lygon Arms is excluded from this competition.
• Employees of Barceló Hotels, respective advertising/promotional agencies and persons connected in any way with the competition are not eligible.
• The judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The judge is Barceló E-Commerce Director .
• The promoter takes no responsibility for lost forms, illegible or incomplete entries.
• Proof of posting is not accepted as proof of delivery.
• Barceló Hotels reserve the right to alter or substitute the competition.
• Prize winners may be requested to take part in publicity associated with this promotion.
• Entry into the free prize draw implies acceptance of these rules.
