Great British Cheese Festival

Sample more than 450 different varieties at Britain's biggest celebration of cheese, the Great British Cheese Festival, at Cardiff Castle.

The event encompasses Britain's biggest cheese market and heralds British Cheese Week. As well as tasting and buying cheese, visitors can attend masterclasses and discover some delicious produce at the Food from Britain market.

Future generations of cheese lovers are encouraged at the School for Big Cheeses, while visitors can indulge in a spot of cheese tossing or taste this year's medal winners in the Hall of Champions.
