"It was perfect from the moment we turned into the drive. Beautiful hotel in perfect setting. Staff friendly and helpful in a natural not a 'customer service trained' sort of way. Lovely room (in new wing) clean, lots of thoughtful extras. Delicious, good value food, even for veggies. Excellent spa. even though their were weddings and parties going on both nights this did not compromise the service to the guests. I am very choosy but can not praise this hotel and its hardworking staff enough."
