"We were impressed. We could not fault the service at the hotel. It felt very quiet and relaxed for a weekend in June. Pleasant courtyard for afternoon tea & drinks. The best bit for us was the use of the spa and swimming pool. Also breakfast was excellent quality. The hotel is centrally located. There are  lots of pubs, shops and restaurants in walking distance."

"Would definitely go back again, had a great time. Booked this hotel as a last minute 40th birthday present for my wife. Arranged for her a  bouquet of flowers to be in the room,  which looked amazing. We had to take our 6 month old with us,  so we were expecting a few problems, but the hotel staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Clean travel cot was already made up as requested. The point about no tea making facilities is a little annoying, but it’s not the end of the world. Pool and Jacuzzi were a good size. There were lots of other spa treatments available if you want them. Room itself was in the old part of the hotel - was a good size and tastefully decorated. The hotel is right in the centre of Broadway so within easy reach of shops etc. Food in the Great Hall was superb and not as expensive as I expected, Breakfast in the morning was also excellent. We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. A place like this is never going to be cheap,  but the quality of service and the atmosphere of the place made it worth it."
