Christmas Day lunch- Thursday 25th December 2008
Indulge yourself and your family this Christmas with a sumptuous four-course lunch. Relax to soothing melodies from our pianist whilst the children are kept amused by our entertainer. You’ll be greeted with champagne and canapés, the dinner will be cooked to perfection and we’ll even clean up afterwards! What’s more, Santa will be making a one final stop at the Barceló Oxford Hotel.

New Year’s Eve family party - Wednesday 31st December 2008
New Year fun for all the family! Arrive early and relax with a drink in the bar while the children are kept  amused by the entertainer. There’s a delicious three-course meal for adults and an equally mouth-watering buffet for the children. Then tap your feet to the disco and dance your way into 2009 with the whole family.

Dinner served from: 7.30pm
Buffet served from: 7.30pm
Platter of cheeses served: midnight
Disco until: 1.00am

A relaxing break and New Year’s Eve Party, with all the trimmings.

Monday 29th December
Arrive in the afternoon and take full advantage of the Health & Leisure facilities or visit the beauty salon in preparation for the New Year. In the evening join us for dinner and race night.

Tuesday 30th December
Awake to a full English breakfast – you’ll need it before you take advantage of the VIP pass to Bicester Village and hit the sales. Make sure you’re back in plenty of time to be wowed by the table magician while you enjoy a sumptuous
three-course dinner.

New Year’s Eve
Take time to explore the surrounding area with tickets for either the Heritage Trail or Blenheim Palace then return to begin the New Year celebrations. Choose between the glittering fi ve-course black-tie gala dinner or the less formal but just as much fun three-course family party.

Gala dinner option
Join the other guests for a champagne and canapés reception then be led to the fi ve-course dinner by Scottish pipers. Dance your way into the early hours of 2009 to the live band and disco. We regret that children under 18 are not permitted at the gala dinner.

Family party option
Enjoy a wide selection of different dishes from the table d’hôte menu and then tap your feet to favourite tunes of old and new from the celebrations disco. A fabulous way to see in the New Year with all the family!

New Year’s Day
Have a leisurely start to the morning with check out extended until 12 noon.

Guaranteeing Your Booking
To guarantee your Christmas party booking please send a £10.00 deposit for each guests within 10 days of making your party night reservation. Your deposit cannot be transferred to cover drinks or accommodation. The balance should be settled four weeks before your event. To guarantee your New Year package you’ll need to pay a 50% deposit. All accommodation must be fully prepaid at the time of booking. All payments are non-refundable. You can pay this by Access/MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Diners, Switch or a cheque (made payable to Barceló UK Hotels).
