Christmas Eve
A welcoming afternoon cream tea awaits your arrival. The local choir will welcome you during your exquisite evening dinner followed by musical entertainment. Hot chocolate awaits those who choose to visit Midnight Mass at a local church.

Christmas Day
Take it easy today. After breakfast, enjoy opening your presents or relax with a stroll around the gardens. If you are feeling energetic you could use the hotel’s Health & Leisure Club for a work out or a refreshing swim. All the family can take part in a ‘guess the weight of the cake’ competition before indulging in the four-course Christmas lunch. Relax in the afternoon with tea and cake whilst watching the Queen’s speech or you can spend the afternoon snoozing whilst we clear everything up. Make sure you are back down in the evening for a light choice buffet, race night and quiz.

Boxing Day
After breakfast why not spend the day in Cheltenham? You can visit the start of the sales, or you could take a walk or cycle into the nearby Cotswolds. Be back at the hotel in plenty of time for a stunning gala dinner and disco. You will leave tomorrow but if you want to extend your stay and continue relaxing then why not book a ‘Bonus night’.

Saturday 27th December
Enjoy a hearty breakfast before departing with plenty of wonderful memories of Christmas.

New Year’s Eve
Awaiting your arrival is a cream tea and homemade scones to make you feel at home. Meet your fellow guests in the bar before you are led into an exquisite masked ball with a sumptuous four-course meal followed by a disco into the early hours. End 2008 on a high note with a champagne toast at midnight.

New Year’s Day
Recover over the fabulous brunch buffet and steaming pot of fresh coffee. Visit one of the local attractions such as the Cotswold Wildlife Park or Slimbridge Wildfowl Trust. Alternatively we can arrange tickets for you to attend The New Year’s Day Meet at Cheltenham Race Course. Tickets and transfers are just £30.00 per person. After a fun filled day, a relaxing three-course dinner completes your stay.

Friday 2nd January
Enjoy a hearty breakfast before we bid you on your way, wishing you a Happy New Year

Escape
Start the New Year with a detox and join us for a relaxing two night stay. The package includes two nights’ dinner, bed and breakfast and full use of the hotel’s leisure facilities and entertainment on Friday 2nd January 2009.

To guarantee your Christmas party booking please send a £10.00 deposit for each guests within 10 days of making your party night reservation. Your deposit cannot be transferred to cover drinks or accommodation. The balance should be settled four weeks before your event. To guarantee your New Year package you’ll need to pay a 50% deposit. All accommodation must be fully prepaid at the time of booking. All payments are non-refundable. You can pay this by Access/MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Diners, Switch or a cheque (made payable to Barceló UK Hotels).
