Christmas Eve
Arrive early afternoon to a selection of home-made cakes, tea and coffee to refresh you from your journey, whilst we take your luggage to your bedroom.  You'll have time to familiarise yourself with the hotel and grounds, before a welcome cocktail reception and a three-course dinner dance in the Topiary Suite. Transport is provided to a local Midnight Mass should you choose to go.

Christmas Day
A full breakfast starts the day.  Spend the morning enjoying your presents before lunch.  A drinks reception and welcome from the team precedes your traditional four-course Christmas Day lunch.  Larger parties of eight  or more can arrange a private Christmas Day lunch in one of the function suites.  An afternoon treasure hunt will keep everyone amused before a gala evening buffet and live entertainment to end an extremely pleasant day.

Boxing Day
After breakfast, take advantage of a free day to explore nearby Stratford-Upon-Avon or even Warwick.  An afternoon tea is available from 3pm, although you may want to save yourself for the highlight event; a three-course dinner with a champagne reception.  We'll bid you a fond farewell on Saturday morning, make sure you stock up from the breakfast buffet before you start your journey home.

New Year’s Eve
For couples, family and friends, the Barceló Billesley manor New Year’s Eve party is an extravagant event to see in 2009 in style. Begin the evening with a welcome glass of champagne and canapés then indulge in the gourmet six-course meal, Live entertainment will keep you dancing until midnight when the New Year will he heralded in with a sparkling toast.

New Year's Day
Recover form the celebration with a lie-in and brunch served until 1pm on New Year’s Day. Take advantage of the special extra night pieces and extend your festive break that little bit longer.

Guaranteeing Your Booking
To guarantee your Christmas party booking please send a £10.00 deposit for each guests within 10 days of making your party night reservation. Your deposit cannot be transferred to cover drinks or accommodation. The balance should be settled four weeks before your event. To guarantee your New Year package you’ll need to pay a 50% deposit. All accommodation must be fully prepaid at the time of booking. All payments are non-refundable. You can pay this by Access/MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Diners, Switch or a cheque (made payable to Barceló UK Hotels).
