The Paramount Daventry Hotel, one of Paramount’s 20 four-star hotels around the UK, has recently opened a phenomenal new restaurant and bar.  FUEL  is a modern and stylish venue offering a versatile space for intimate dinners or groups of friends to celebrate – there is a separate, raised a la carte section for special occasions. 

FUEL is the social hub of the hotel – a venue for informal meetings, friendly get-togethers – perfect for a meal or just a reviving cup of Costa coffee.

The bar snacks menu is a cut above the usual, with a great choice of wraps, pannini, healthy salads and open sandwiches, or, if you are really hungry, there are robust dishes like pasta, chilli or gammon.  Freshly made fruit smoothies or milk shakes make a delicious accompaniment.

For a full scale lunch or dinner, you can choose from two courses at £19.95 or a three course meal for £26.95.  The menu is imaginative and delicious with carefully selected, classic ingredients served with a new twist.  Starters include fresh grilled sardines, pear poached in red wine with Stilton mousse or Galia melon with champagne sorbet and saffron syrup.  Among the main courses you will find braised shank of Welsh lamb, deep-fried red gurnard or a tasty vegetarian choice – egg plant and goat’s cheese tart with basil cream sauce.  Mouth-watering desserts are freshly made, or choose from a superb selection of English cheeses.
