You'll be ensuring the efficient running of the kitchen within the standards laid down by the company in order that we acquire maximum customer satisfaction and profitability. You'll be producing rotas, adhering to company health & safety procedures and ensuring that all necessary training is carried out. You will be attending operations meetings and making sure that all customer and business demands are met. It will be your responsibility to motivate and inspire your team of chefs. As the Executive Chef you will work closely with the Restaurant Manager, Banqueting Manager and Operations Manager to ensure the success of the menu.

- Passion, flair and imagination for food
- 1 or 2 AA Rosettes Level experience
- Basic food hygiene certificate
- Must have 4* experience plus knowledge of banqueting 250 plus covers
- Be motivating and inspirational to your team
