You will lead sales & marketing activity, including PR, to ensure the hotel achieves budgeted revenues in all segments and meet the fiscal revenue requirements, as well as its proper positioning within the local conference market.You will develop new business, with a prime focuses on conference and local corporate. Ensuring that we maximise our revpar through good account management.You will be responsible for preparing the annual Sales & Marketing plan and provide the Senior Management team with ongoing market intelligence detailing competitor activity and rate offerings within all segments.
You will manage the internal sales team to ensure agreed level of sales calls, account development and revenue / room night targets achieved.
To apply you'll need...
Strong previous experience in Sales Management within four star properties
Good analytical skills and strong communication
To be a self motivated individual
The ability to find and select appropriate leads and converting in to profitable business
This role covers the sales function of two hotels, the barcelo hinckley island and the Barcelo Daventry Hotels. A combined revenue in excess of 15 million per annum, these two hotels are fantastic locations for particularly the conference market. Strong event and coporate sales skills essential.
