You'll be working as part of the team assiting in our busy meetings and events office, dealing with all aspects of administration to ensure the hotels budget is met. You'll be dealing with both telephone and face to face enquiries. You'll need to be professional at all times.

• An excellent telephone manner, with previous experience in a customer facing role
• Exceptional organisational skills and an eye for detail
• Good communication skills
• Proven track record of using computer systems, ideally with previous knowledge of Delphi
