How about working in Cheltenhams premier hotel? The Georgian Barceló Cheltenham Park is a magnificent 144 bedroom, four star hotel situated just outside Cheltenham. This busy hotel has 11 conference rooms which can cater for up to 320 guests. It is a traditional property, yet the team has a modern approach and a passion for providing extraordinary service.

 

You'll be responsible for the supervision of a large team ofcleaners, room attendants, laundry staff and porters. You'll be maintaining and developing company standards. You'll be in charge of training and development of all team members. You'll need to ensure all health & safety legislation is adhered to and that budgetary spends are kept under control.

 

To apply you'll need...

• A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar managerial role in a four star hotel
• Must be able to demonstrate an eye for detail
• Must be a good leader and be motivated with strong organisational skills
• To be eligible to live and work in the UK

 

The role is Full-time working 5 days out of 7, which will include working evenings and weekends. In addition we offer excellent benefits, which include uniform, meals whilst on duty, complimentary use of the Leisure Club and discounted accommodation and food & beverage rates whilst staying at our other hotels within the group. We also offer a contributory pension scheme, which is open to all permanent employees over 18. (Applicable after 6 months employment). Live-in Accommodation is Not available for this position.
