Join our busy maintenance team and you'll need to be organised and flexible. You'll be responsible for the repair of all areas within the hotel. You'll make sure the hotel is kept to a high standard of maintenance and safety and that all members of the maintenance team are fully utilised. You'll also be assisting in carrying out risk assessments. You'll be responsible for the departments budget and forecasts. You must be able to work flexible shifts including on call cover working five days out of seven.

 

To apply you'll need...

• A minimum of 2 years experience within a similar managerial role
• Exceptional organisational skills and an eye for detail
• An ability to develop good working relationships
• Relevant qualifications: NVQ or City & Guilds minimum of level 2
• To be eligible to live and work in the UK

 

The role is Full-time working 5 days out of 7, which will include working evenings and weekends. In addition we offer excellent benefits, which include uniform, meals whilst on duty, complimentary use of the Leisure Club and discounted accommodation and food & beverage rates whilst staying at our other hotels within the group.
