You'll be responsible for the preparation, cooking and presentation of all breakfasts served within the hotel. You'll also be responsible for the kitchen porter on duty and for the receiving of incoming orders. You'll need to maintain hygiene standards expected in a 4* hotel and make sure all procedures are adhered to.

The role is Full-time working 5 days out of 7, which will include working evenings and weekends. We also offer a contributory pension scheme, which is open to all permanent employees over 18. (Applicable after 6 months employment). Live-in Accommodation may be available for this position.
