You'll be responsible for the day to day staffing of the bar and making sure that all team members are up to date with current licensing laws. You'll also be managing the cellar and creating innovative ways to increase sales. You'll be responsible for ensuring stock levels are adequately maintained and you should be able to develop incentives/promotions to increase sales.

• Previous experience in a four star hotel
• Hands on approach and excellent product knowledge ideally including cocktail service
• Friendly and approachable personality
• Applicants must be a minimum of 18 years old
