You'll be responsible for continuously improving standards throughout the hotel and communicating company standards to all staff through their heads of departments. You'll be controlling all food and beverage outlets, including bedrooms and function rooms in relation to revenue generating. You'll also be dealing with staffing issues,rotas,discipline and any other matters that arise.
To apply you'll need...
- A minimum of 4 years hotel experience within a similar role within the four star market
- Be educated to degree/diploma standard in Hospitality Management
- Exceptional customer service skills and passionate about standards
- Financially aware with a proven track record of leading and developing a large team is essential
